背景介紹BACKGROUND

哈囉！我是 Hazel（廖琬柔），來自臺灣的護理師。Hello! I'm Hazel (Liao Wan-Rou), a registered nurse from Taiwan.

我的護理生涯始於台中慈濟醫院的神經內外科病房，在那裡扎下了嚴謹的臨床照護根基。隨後，我因緣際會地進入臺中豐原新惠生醫院的嬰兒室。在那三年的時光裡，我照顧過無數個全新生命——從將他們從產房中平安接出，到陪伴他們一天天長大、健健康康地回到父母懷抱。這段經歷讓我意外發現自己對照顧新生兒有著無比的熱忱與喜愛。不管是如天使般熟睡的臉龐，或是驚天動地的哭聲，在我眼中都無比可愛。My nursing career began in the neurology and neurosurgery wards of Taichung Tzu Chi Hospital, where I built a solid foundation in rigorous clinical care. Later, by chance, I joined the nursery at Riverfront Women's Hospital in Fengyuan, Taichung. Over those three years, I cared for countless brand-new lives — from safely receiving them from the delivery room, to watching them grow day by day and return healthy and strong to their parents' arms. That experience unexpectedly revealed my deep passion and love for caring for newborns. Whether it was their angelic sleeping faces or their earth-shattering cries, I found them all utterly adorable.

離開新惠生後，我持續在多家知名月子中心深耕，除了第一線的臨床照護，也同時擔任單位組長與產科衛教師，並進一步取得 IAIM 國際嬰幼兒按摩專業訓練。此外，我也曾受邀至海外母嬰中心提供員工培訓與臨床教育服務。After leaving Riverfront Women's Hospital, I continued to devote myself to several well-known postpartum care centers, working not only in frontline clinical care but also serving as a unit team leader and maternity health educator, and I further completed professional training in infant massage with the IAIM (International Association of Infant Massage). I was also invited to provide staff training and clinical education services at an overseas mother and baby center.

  • 曾於慈濟醫院、豐原新惠生婦幼醫院、欣悅產後護理之家及澄清綜合醫院產後護理之家等多家機構擔任臨床與母嬰照護職務，並曾受邀至海外母嬰中心提供員工培訓與臨床教育服務。Worked in various clinical and maternal-child care roles at institutions including Tzu Chi Hospital, Riverfront Women's Hospital, Hsin-Yueh Postpartum Care Center, and Cheng Ching General Hospital Postpartum Care Center, and was also invited to provide staff training and clinical education services at an overseas mother and baby center.
